High Blood Pressure?

Please login or register to post on this thread.

I am 60 years old, retired and ejoying life. However, I still eat a balanced diet and go to the gym regularly. However over the years I have noticed that I sometimes get dizzy or have a dull ache at the back of my neck. They say that this is because I have high blood pressure but my Doctor has not mentioned this. Are these symptoms for high blood pressure accurate?

I also heard about some neck pain when the pressure is high...I am not really sure on this though. But if your doctor gave you a good bill of health then perhaps you should just continue with everything as usual? No use worrying if the doctor says you are fine!

If you have one of those bp monitors then maybe you can get a reading and start a chart so that you can see if the neck pain and high blood pressure are related?
