Is it true that low vitamin D can contribute to heart attack/disease?

St.Bernadette

I read about this on the news and it is true. Vitamin D deficiency does increase the risk of heart attack even more so for people who have heart disease.

daisy

regular exercise will also help fight against heart attcaks i believe

sexydevil

proper diet is just as important as anything else in preventing haert diseases, so know what you eat

noreen_d

I think any vitamin deficiency has direct impact on overall health :)

angela_f

eat lots of fish like tuna, salmon and herring!

melody_4

yum! tuna and salmon! fish is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. More reason to like fish.

Tori

spend some time in the sun since it is our primary source of Vitamin D

sabrina2000

yeah! have a little fun in the sun for vitamin D!!

i also think its not just vitamin D specifically, so dont forget to supplement your diet with vitamins!
