Honeyzee all women have it as painful as mine?I seem to be writhing in pain when I have it. I sometimes can't go to school because of severe pain. :'(

cramps are caused by protaglandins to induce muscles to contract in order to shed the lining. pain varies from woman to woman. you can try either a heating pad/hot water bottle or you can use meds like ibuprofen or tylenol to help with the pain.

There are lots of ways to manage menstrual cramps and lot of ways to ease the pain. Aside from the hot water and heating pads, you can drink chamomile tea. Its nature's pain reliever. You can also soak in the tub...very relaxing or get a massage.

Thanks girls. I thought it was a misaligne uterus, something like that. I don't know where I got that idea. I heard it somewhere I guess.

the pill also lessens cramps. ask your doctor about it...

i have that too, regularly had to miss school/work on the first day. see your doctor and be insistent they give you something for it, otherwise you'll suffer in silence.

My cramps are bad but it only lasts for a day!
