fruits helps you in digestion truely. oats is a good food too since its high in fiber. high fiber foods will help you in digestion so you don't get constipated quite often. hope this helps. |

Drinking enough amounts of water would help in that it keeps your body hydrated. Although I don't think it will help your bowel movement if you are already constipated. |
