Is it true that low vitamin D can contribute to heart attack/disease?

I read about this on the news and it is true. Vitamin D deficiency does increase the risk of heart attack even more so for people who have heart disease.

eat lots of fish like tuna, salmon and herring!

yum! tuna and salmon! fish is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. More reason to like fish.

spend some time in the sun since it is our primary source of Vitamin D

yeah! have a little fun in the sun for vitamin D!!

i also think its not just vitamin D specifically, so dont forget to supplement your diet with vitamins!
