i have these hideous varicose veins at the back of my knees and they sometimes hurt. any advice?
try putting your legs up the wall while you lie down flat on your back in bed. you can do this every night before going to bed for about 10-15 mins. this will help ease the pressure on your varicose veins.
there are special stockings for varicose veins. you should look into these as alternatives
there are also over the counter meds and creams to help alleviate varicose vein pain. you can also take some pain relievers if the pain gets bad. or you can opt for surgery
there are also anti-inflammatory that can help you with your varicose veins.
I personally recommend the stockings.
try reflexology. my mom has varicose veins and the reflex helped with the pain
