Lots of people are in therapy for anger, addiction and other problems. So with every problem out there, when will I know that I need some sort of therapy?
I guess you will know you need therapy when you are abusing whatever it is that you know will only do you more harm than good. Example: drugs, alcohol etc. Or even if you dont know how to express feelings and become destructive instead.
Other people go to therapy because they need the help of a third party to straighten out their conceptions of the world.
