They are quite easy to use. Just follow the instructions. But if you have fillings or have sensitive teeth, then you should probably reconsider or talk to your dentist to have the procedure in-house instead. or you can try Crest White Strips...they are cheaper and work fine! |

it can cause teeth sensitivity. plus if you dont follow instructions, you can have half of your teeth white and the others still yellow. try home remedies like baking soda. |

the trays that your dentist use are similar to the ones sold in the market. try browsing for some and then ask for a recommendation from your dentist. |

tried the dental trays...they are easy to use but had sensitive teeth while i was using it.. could not drink cold water or hot coffee for a few days... but had a killer white smile :D |
