Is sunscreen really a must? What SPF do you use?

if you don't want to get burned by the sun you should

I guess there are lots of sun related cancers out there that affect the skin. I like to use spf 25 just before I put on my foundation. Also helps with the freckles :)

Yeah this is a must even if you do not spend lots of times outdoors. I read that you need at least spf 25 for effective coverage

They already have an SPF60+ or something! Must be because of global warming! Only tried until SPF 15 and for beach purposes only...

well i thought the question was for when you are at the beach. i don't think you can spend that much time under the sun everyday in the city. unless if you're job really called for it. don't you think?

Yes, it's official you need sunscreen even for days you think you dont need it. Dermatologists recommend daily usage to reduce risks to skin related cancers also helps slow down ageing process due to sun exposure. So ladies, cover up!

yep totally with you sisters! the sun can give life but its a bitch on the skin, it gives crow's feet around the eyes plus it speeds up ageing.

Gonna use sunscreen from now on!

slather on some coppertone spf 25 before putting on your make-up. i like this brand its not sticky and works very well.

is zinc oxide ok? i use it for sun bathing.

Yep, zinc oxide is an ingredient in sunscreen, so it should be fine! Im not sure on the spf but the one i have on my dresser is spf 15.
