Exercise is always good coz it releases endorphins...sex is very good too!!!
yes, i am for meditation and exercise...makes you feel better afterwards.
can also try crying from time to time...especially when its too much already...you will feel better afterwards.
stress relief: used to smoke but since I quit, I discovered the joys of exercise. now instead of lighting up, i either run or like you apple, i hit the punching bag instead... hahaha!
hmm... it seems that our jobs are quite stressful eh, ladies?
exercise or i just retreat to a corner of my mind and think happy cause.
when im in the office and need a time out, i go out and walk around the block for 15 minutes...
