Anybody heard of the soup diet?
i found this soup diet guide online and it says that this sort of diet can help you lose up to 11 pounds in a week. dunno if this is real though.
i saw a cabbage soup diet online and it seems that you can have unlimited soup with different types of food. its very good for short diet but not for the long run.
really 11 pounds? im gonna google this and try to see if it really works. anyway, its only for 7 days right... i think i can survive a 7 day deprivation...hopefully :p
i dont think i can do this...i would get too hungry with just cabbage soup, veggies bananas and the other suggestions i saw on a website :(
Googled this and it seems unappetizing.
