but the sun is a good source of Vitamin D... So I guess as long as its not overexposure its ok, right! haha! |

putting sunblock will help as it blocks the harmful uv rays that cause malignancy in skin cells leading to cancer |

everone can or may possibly get skin cancer and we should be cautious with that. i am taking my skin well because i don't want to get any sickness or skin illnesses, i am taking "MX Hair, Skin and Nails Factor" which takes care not only my skin but my hair and nails. it always prevention better than anything else. |
