Are you a first time mom? Coz you just sound overwhelmed! This is normal coz a new baby is a big change. Your carefree days are gone and suddenly your responsible for a new life. Babies also need lots of attention so you might feel put out that you have to cater to her every whim and cry. This will pass in time as you get used to routines. |

PND is actually common. This is probably because of low hormone levels in the system following childbirth. There are lots of ways to manage this. Feeling low and irritable is common. So is being unable to enjoy stuff that you normally do. It is treated with therapy and in some rare cases anti-depressant meds. |

There are lots of support system available for women undergoing PND. Visit your health clinic or find online blogs and share your thoughts! |

there are support groups to handle this, plus medication and physician advice and guidance. |
