I am 25 years old n was recently told I am going through perimenopause... While this is a huge suprize to me and actually pretty upsetting and heart breaking I am going to imbrace what is going on and try to make the best of it... But I need help... Please anyone that is going through or has gone through menopause please give me ideas and tips on how to deal with all that is happening...

Can you please if you dont mind tell me the symptoms you had. I believe I am going through same thing I am also 25.
