Most cooking oil derived from vegetables are OK. Oil from animal fat however, can have high levels of saturated fat which can be bad :( |

I hear that grape seed oil is also OK. im just not sure if it is more expensive than EVOO. |

you can try the plain olive oils although the extra virgin ones are still the best... |
