I need a healthy way to stay up later at night. I dont want to drink Red Bull or tons of coffee. so if you can help, please post suggestions here. appreciate it!
take naps whenever you can. A 15 minute power nap can give you energy for four more hours.
Its hard without the coffee, so I turn my iPod up...
I snack... but its junk sometimes... and yeah its hard without coffee and junk food so my suggestions aren't healthy at all.
I wanted to say cigarettes ( I used to smoke in college when I wanted to pull all nighters) - but its not healthy, so I will go with the power naps that Wendy suggested.
