Is the natural ways of treating anxiety?

there's always meditation and exercise.

i used to smoke when I get tense... now i just go for a walk to clear my mind and sort of like reboot... or snowwhite's suggestion. going to the gym releases endorphins whch gets rid of anxiety.

Meditation is a good alternative to a lot of things which is why I practice it often. I meditate when i am stressed, in pain or when I just want to relax! Try it and see for yourself.
