I still chug down Flintstones from time to time. A balanced diet should have all the vitamins and nutrients you need. the supplements are "just in case"

There are days when I remember and days that I dont...But when I do remember I have a store brought brand that I use, Walgreens is good too

Flintstones...LOL! But they are good! Much better than swallowing those big pills anyway! But since I'm a big girl now, I use Once-A-Day.
