My dentist told me to always gargle with an oral antiseptic or mouthwash after brushing my teeth. It's an effective supplement to brushing but should never be used in lieu of brushing one's teeth every after meals.

In between, you can also gargle with mouthwash to freshen your breath. Like in the office, we meet and interact with different people, it is always a good idea to have fresh breath. Having a smelly breath is always a turn off, not to mention distracting.

Mouthwash is good oral hygiene and care for one's teeth.
