I know snacking at night is bad but I get really hungry. any tips on how to ward off midnight snack hunger pangs?
I always drink liters of water when im on a diet and get hunger pangs...
liters of water??? wont that make you explode!!!
eat small snacks in between meals to satisfy your craveing.
sleep early so that you wont be awake for long and get hungry again!
Sleep early... and dont get up when you are hungry!!! go to sleep again!!!
