I remember that after Christopher Reeve died, his wife was diagnosed with Lung Cancer even though she was a non smoker. How is this possible?

She might have gotten it from second hand smoke since this is more dangerous than first hand smoke

it doesn't mean that if you don't smoke you can't get lung cancer. there are many factors into acquiring it, although i'm not a doctor, but smoking ups your chance of getting the lung cancer if you smoke a lot.
