hello, does anybody have some easy ways to lose weight?

hey there,

one of the most easiest ways to lose weight is to do some cardio exercises like walking, jogging or some aerobics.

you can also eat protein rich foods to speed up metabolism and staying away from fatty foods

walk the dog, walk/bike instead of taking the car to nearby errands, do manual housework like sweeping the floors, pruning the garden. Generally anything that keeps the body in motion can burn calories and help lose weight. A healthy well balanced diet will compliment your efforts nicely.

organize a morning power walk group with your neighbors. this is a fun way of socializing and exercising.

Hi Donna_D! You should try going to a gym. Working out 1-1.5 hours is enough. If you're too tired to do it after work, try going in early in the morning. If your shift starts at 9am, you can spend an hour in the gym before you head off to work. This will perk you up and energize you the whole day as well. At least for me it does.

No easy way to lose weight :)

You have to work hard if you are really serious in keeping the fat off. You also need to be dedicated. Visit your local gym for a program. Its fun and you get to meet new people!

I hear yah Cindy! Every pound means sweat and effort on your part. But look at the bright side. Successfully losing weight and keeping it off is a major achievement for your part!
