walk the dog, walk/bike instead of taking the car to nearby errands, do manual housework like sweeping the floors, pruning the garden. Generally anything that keeps the body in motion can burn calories and help lose weight. A healthy well balanced diet will compliment your efforts nicely. |

Hi Donna_D! You should try going to a gym. Working out 1-1.5 hours is enough. If you're too tired to do it after work, try going in early in the morning. If your shift starts at 9am, you can spend an hour in the gym before you head off to work. This will perk you up and energize you the whole day as well. At least for me it does. |
