Not a model-like body but still pretty fit and sexy. Its not only me saying it but I had compliments from men as well. So my diet is like once in a while, maybe 1 or 2 times a week I indulge myself in just about any food I want to eat in a meal. Not too much though. Regularly I try to stay off from fatty food, junk food or those too much in cholesterol. I would say fish and vegetables are mostly my regular diet. And NO soda please! Of course I do go to the gym to keep myself in shape. It works.
OK just sharing here. I am saying you do not have to starve yourself or deprive yourself from the good food. Once in a while you can "reward" yourself. :)
