I get hyper acidity when I am stressed or worried. I take Tums but pls post home remedies or alternative forms of medication...Appreciate it!
hot water bottle. don't drink coffee or milk as they will make it worse.
eat banana and chew on some basil leaves
I've tried Peptobismol for hyperacidity and its ok. Milk is ok too but you should sip slowly and not chug down a glassful
but I thought milk was acidic? but i did not know about the basil! nice guys!
eat banana, watermelon and cucumber to reduce stomach acids!
peppermint! very good for stomach aches and gas!
I take an antacid...I get hyperacidity when I am stressed tooo!
I used to take Nuvalucid but they took it off the market But Maalox works ok too. I also put a hot water bottle on my tummy to help calm it down.
