I like the Pasta diet so when you make spaghetti, instead of using beef or pork, use ground chicken instead. If you can use Extra Virgin Olive oil to sautee your onions and garlic. Use the salt and cheese sparingly...enjoy! |

I go for the whole caboodle for breakfast, eggs, whole wheat toast. then tone it down for lunch with a chicken sandwich. For diner its lean meat for me... |
