Hey, Please share your favorite highl protein recipe! Trying to lose weight by going high protein!

I had a collection for one week but could not find it. But i do recall some of it. it's not really a recipe but a set of meals

Bfast:
egg white omelette
whole wheat toast w a tsp of Peanut butter
1 glass non fat milk

lunch
turkey sandwich w lite mayo on whole wheat
diet coke
1 banana

dinner
spaghetti with chicken meatballs
1 cup yogurt

i can only recall a day. maybe some of the ladies can post more

I like the Pasta diet so when you make spaghetti, instead of using beef or pork, use ground chicken instead. If you can use Extra Virgin Olive oil to sautee your onions and garlic. Use the salt and cheese sparingly...enjoy!

Tuna Sandwich

canned tuna in natural oil mix with lite mayonnaise, add 1 medium sized onion finely chopped. pinch of salt, pepper to taste. spread on whole wheat bread. it tastes good if you put in the fridge too! bon appetit!

baked chicken fillet:

marinate chicken fillet in lemon juice, some salt and pepper and garlic (optional).

bake in oven until tender and juicy. eat with a cup of brown rice.

you can also opt to fry in some palm oil or vegetable oil

I go for the whole caboodle for breakfast, eggs, whole wheat toast. then tone it down for lunch with a chicken sandwich. For diner its lean meat for me...

to make your spaghetti recipe healthier substitute the chicken with tuna flakes!

I personally think egg white omellette is boring, so i add some cheese to make it more palatable :)
