smoking, a very stressful lifestyle and eating fatty foods are also bad for the heart. as cholesterol builds up, the veins clog up making the heart work harder. the extra work will weaken the heart :( |

its kinda hard to stay away from stress! stress follows me around! but it does help to unwind. a better way to cope would be to join the gym and exercise. you can kickbox your stress away! much more productive than worrying about it 24/7 |

so, its like a choice. eat healthy and exercise and you will decrease risk in contacting heart disease. |

people who smoke are at risk not only of heart disease but of cancer too. better take your stress out on other forms like exercise than the cancer/heart disease stick! |

people get heart disease because they are too lazy to diet and exercise. lots of people would not be in this condition if only they would get off their lazy butts and sweat it out a little! |
