My Menstruation is so long about 8 days and I lose lots of blood.
I had sex while I was in the 4th days of my period,I'd like to know what is the side effect of this ?
and did I put my body in trouble?what will happen to me?

There are no problems from sex during your period. Its a bit messy, but is no more dangerous than regular sex. Use common sense and watch out for Sexually Transmitted diseases.
