What is the difference. please show foods that have good fat/bad fat! thanks!
there are no foods with only the good fat. they come together. however, there are foods which have significantly lower bad fat and lots of good fat. these are fish and sea foods!
Good fat like Omega 3 fatty acids make the heart stronger. bad fat is pretty self explanatory :)
eat lots of fish. they contain the good fat. also nuts! especially peanuts and almonds!
olive oil and most vegetable derived oils also contain good fat. so if you want to fry some food, better use these types.
aren't nuts have lots of calories?
