What are the pros of going vegetarian?
Minimal fat intake so you get thinner. but be wary of eating all veggies because they lack protein and carbs and fat that are also essential to our diet.
I have heard of some vegans having protein deficiency. this is because veggies do not contain adequate amounts of protein, unlike eggs, fish and lean meat, so you need to be careful about your vegan diet.
Hmmm....try consulting a nutritionist. I am sure she can give recipes where you can get all the nutrients and vitamins you need should you decide to go all veggie.
this would definately help with weight loss, but I would miss meat too much! So for this reason, I am in awe with vegetarians!
access to lots of vitamins and minerals. but this is too extreme for me...better to follow the food pyramid and eat a balanced diet!
You can try being a pesco vegeterian and eat fish and sea food so that you wont miss meat too much.
