there are times when i urinate frequently even though i did not drink all that much. what could be causing this? is this OK?

Perhaps you've been drinking diuretic liquids? Tea, coffee, cranberry juice are diuretics. You might just have a hyperactive bladder.

could be signs of a urinary tract infection. does this happen during sleep, or all the time during the day? diabetes also causes frequent urination. either way, have you gone to your doctor already for a check up?
