Hi I was diagnosed with fibroids recently. I have been told I need surgery. I have read that changing your diet and natural treatments can shrink fibroids. What do you think?

I have fibroids and am trying to shrink them naturally. I am following the advice in an e-book. This site is excellent: Fibroid Pain.org and has a link to the e-book.
