How does one do an enema and is it a safe way of cleaning the vagina? Im not really sure about this but I heard a couple of guys talking in a bar :)

an enema is a procedure where liquids is introduced to the rectum via the anus... so its an anal thing... maybe those guys were homosexuals and into BDSM...
