foods with lots of fiber will help your bowel movement regularize. pineapple or oatmeal, whole wheat bread

Raspberries - highest fiber content among fruits. fava beans, whole wheat pasta and foods with barley
cranberry juice! green tea too!
my personal recommendation: papaya!
get lots of fiber in your diet and drink lots of water!
i dont like prunes although they are nice for bowel movement. i like pineapple and oatmeal though!
but I like green tea best!!! its like the natural remedy for constipation
