i dont think just going on a diet will help you lose weight quickly. You have to exercise too. Try a high protein, low fat diet and hit the gym. This should help you lose weight quickly. |

dont do anything drastic you might feel slimmer but its just water weight you lose. better exercise and diet at the same time. this method is much more effective in losing weight faster. |

make a daily meal plan so you could avoid food binging or eating unnecessary foods but i would suggest you to rather have t he slow but sure way to lose weight as the result will last for a long period of time. you should try this, i have try it and it actually works, "MX Slender Factor", it helps out burn fat and at the same time control your appetite so you would not eat too much. |
