Celiac disease is an allergic reaction to the gluten found in whey and oat related products. I heard that some people do not know that they have this. They are unable to digest the food and wind up malnourished because of it. |

People with celiac disease have small intestines that are unable to absorb nutrients in their food. They cant eat foods that have wheat, rye and barley because of the gluten in them. |
