Yeah, coffee has more anti-oxidants than tea. But if you have heart problems, they can also be stimulated when you drink coffee. So it depends on your health. |

i want to believe the antioxidant! haha! but seriously if you dump like 3 teaspoons of sugar in your coffee then you are going to get diabetes, so maybe we should all settle down and drink coffee in moderation! |
