I saw on the mall for free bone density test. They had a scanner that looked like a foot spa. I think that one takes pictures of the bone inside to see how strong or sturdy they are. |

Drink milk to avoid this! also women undergoing menopause are at risk for osteoporosis due to the dwindling levels of estrogen. |
