i think there are enzymes or something that are realeased when the heart pumps too fast if this enzyme goes to the brain its a stroke, when it returns to the heart then its a heart attack.

so its best to always monitor high blood pressure

having high blood pressure can increase the chance of getting a stroke. A person who has untreated hypertension is 4 times more likely to get a stroke.
