I think the 120/90 is pretty much ok but anything above 140/90 is elevated and needs to be watched. i dont know how to interpret the numbers other than that. |

the numerator is sistolic the denomenator is diastolic...they measure heart beats when the heart is at active and at rest... |

dont really know what those mean, but i have been in the 120-125/80-90 for some years now...hmmm...it looks like i need to be careful! |
