if your BP is 120/90, what do those numbers mean...in laymans terms?
I think the 120/90 is pretty much ok but anything above 140/90 is elevated and needs to be watched. i dont know how to interpret the numbers other than that.
the numerator is sistolic the denomenator is diastolic...they measure heart beats when the heart is at active and at rest...
dont really know what those mean, but i have been in the 120-125/80-90 for some years now...hmmm...it looks like i need to be careful!
