I vote for high protein, low fat. Protein helps build muscles which in turn helps melt off fat. Plus protein makes you feel full longer than carbs :). Carbs is ok though for energy |

I vote for a vegetarian diet as most veggies do not contain fat and have lots of protein, vitamins and minerals already. |

I like the pasta diet coz I like pasta and it's a complete meal already so you are not lacking any nutrients. |

Eat lots of fiber. They can be found in oats and wheat. They act like sweepers to help get rid of fat |

I vote for the after 6 diet. because i always feel deprived when dieting. with after 6 i can stuff myself but only before 6 pm. no food after 6 pm is allowed. this gives my body more time to digest the food before I head off to bed. |

how bout the eat all you can diet!!! LOL! this is my fave! but this is good only if you want to gain weight...to lose weight, eat three squares a day and hit the gym! |

haha! if only eating would become a form of exercise! the people in the gym recommended the high protein because it build muscles fast. I like this because you don't get deprived too much. I tried it and so far so good! |

the best diet is the balanced diet. remember we need all the vitamins and minerals out there. yes even fat! coz not all fat is bad! |
