I vote for the after 6 diet. because i always feel deprived when dieting. with after 6 i can stuff myself but only before 6 pm. no food after 6 pm is allowed. this gives my body more time to digest the food before I head off to bed.
haha! if only eating would become a form of exercise! the people in the gym recommended the high protein because it build muscles fast. I like this because you don't get deprived too much. I tried it and so far so good!
