I find that I am always nervous and anxious? Could this be a panic or anxiety attack?
Maybe you are just stressed and a bit paranoid? Panic attack and anxiety attacks are usually more psychological and sometimes mental.
Does you anxiety interfere with your daily routine? are they irrational? If the answers are yes, then maybe it is an anxiety attack. A trip to the Doc should make things clearer
You need to chill! Try meditating or if you are at work, try to go out of the office even for just 15 minutes to walk around. A good bloodflow to the brain usually clears worries and anxiety.
