My mom, and sometimes me also, snore. It gets embar ing when you fall asleep on the bus or on the train. Can you please post/ advice on some anti-snore tips.
is mom heavy? if yes then ask her to lose weight. this should minimize her snoring!
You can change your sleeping position. People snore when they sleep on their back. So maybe sleeping on your side or on your stomach can minimize or stop snoring.
As for the train/bus, try tilting her head to the side.
quit smoking and drinking. research show that people who smoke and drink are more likely to snore than people who do not
no alcohol before going to bed! alcohol tends to have a soothing effect but it also causes snoring :)
