Was always wondering what is the correct term - vegan or vegetarian? |

Don't want to hijack this thread but to answer Nicoletter_33, the simplest difference is that vegetarian is more of a diet while vegan, on the other hand, is like a lifestyle. If vegetarians will eat cheese or eggs, vegans won't or any food that is derived from animals. =D This is just a simple explanation. Hope I've cleared it up for you a bit. |
