My sister-in-law and I get bruises when our periods are near too. Lately I also noticed that I get headaches. I think this is normal but if the number of bruises increase or get bigger, then perhaps a trip to the doctor should clear up any issues. Cheers! |

acne is normal especially when your period is near. just be sure you are properly cleaning your face with mild soap that is not harsh to your skin and keep it healthy as much as possible by avoiding makeups that are not good for sensitive skin. eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and take some supplements. |

My acne outbreak occurs when my period's near too. But after using the product, the problem was reduced. I can introduce to people who want to get rid of this problem too. :) |
