for days now i had some abdominal pain and stomach cramps before my bowel movement. the cramps i used to get from time to tome coz that's normal. but the abdominal pain is sometimes really painful.

i believe that a bit of cramping is normal... i get those too when i have to go. I dunno about the stomach pains though.

an abdominal pain can be indigestion. maybe they are connected.

its fine now. I think the abdominal pain was just realated to the cramping
