One school of thought says yes it has lots of benefits including aiding weight loss. the other school of thought says it does not matter as long as you are hydrated, water or other forms of liquid will do. |

Yeah I also read that there is no real benefit to drinking 8 glasses of water. However, I did notice that if I drank lots of water it helps with constipation...but that's just me. |

Wow Giselle! Did not know this. They always told us to drink lots of water and well, I drink more than 8 glasses a day! Will still keep doing it though since it helps with hydration :) |

I used to worry about this, but now Im glad that there is no cause for worry. However, I still do my best to at least drink a glass after every meal. |

Coffee is diuretic in some way. It will make you pee ever so often, so its not good for hydration. |
