Eggs are loaded with cholesterol. So is the two egg a week rule effective? good enough?
I follow this too, so If i want eggs, I make the egg white omelet instead.
I avoid eggs because of the cholesterol, cant remember the last time I had eggs :(
yeah, i heard that eggs are pretty high on cholesterol, but my family cant seem to have breakfast without eggs :(
I avoid eating more than two eggs a week because of the cholesterol content. I think this rule of thumb is ok.
