A small, round ulcer called a "shanker" where the bacteria entered. Sore throat. Headache. Getting tired more than usual. Swollen lymph glands. Hair loss. Fever. Aches in joints. Lesions in the genital area or mouth. Weight loss as well. These are just a few of the symptoms in the early stages of Syphilis infection. |

if untreated yes, syphillis can the nervous system and cause the victim brain damage :( |

Saw an episode on House MD and the old lady had syphillis, it made her feel sexy but yeah she kinds had brain damage too. but it is TV so Im not sure on this. |

Hey I saw that episode too...not a bad way to go! Surely people should be cautious when having sex? Syphilis has been around since the biblical days! Be safe, wear a condom! |
