would you agree that there are more STD problems in under-developed countries or 3rd world countries compared to rich countries? or would the rate/statistics be the same/proportional.

having said that, it would also be hard to treat STDs for these poor countries since they are...well, poor.

Accdg to wikipedia the count for people infected with HIV is highest in many African countries. Im' not saying all African countries are poor (3rd world) but there are many countries like that in that continent. So perhaps it may be true.

there are just as many STD-related problems in western countries even in developed ones like the US.
