Can anyone explain to me if this STD was in fact transmitted by my partner? I mean I am married and I only have intercourse with the same male, I read somewhere I could get it from a sex toy as well, but Im the only one that uses it, nobody else. So I guess what Im trying to figure out is if my husband has cheated on me, I haven't been with other men and so far I understand MPC is transmitted through sexual contact. Help please.

I tested negative for Chlamydia and Gonohrrea so I am wondering if this still means is an STD, I feel naive about this, its embarrasing! But I'd like some help finding out if MPC was transmitted to me because my partner had another partner that infected him.
